I brought in my father's Seiko that had stopped running. The team did a full movement service and returned it running well within three weeks, just as they said. What I valued most was that they called before replacing the mainspring to check I was happy with the additional cost. Simple courtesy, but it made a difference.

I started with the assessment to understand what my vintage Tissot actually needed. The written note was detailed and genuinely useful — I could see the state of the movement, what was fine, and what needed attention. Turnaround was a little over a week. I then went ahead with the full movement service. Good experience overall.

The Restoration Programme was the right choice for my grandfather's dress watch from the 1960s. They were clear that the goal was to keep it as original as possible and they held to that. I was consulted on every decision that might affect the appearance. The documentation handed back at collection was thorough. I am very satisfied.

I was nervous about leaving a watch I've worn for fifteen years, but they made the process straightforward. The condition note was ready the following week and was genuinely informative rather than just a summary. The movement service took about three weeks as quoted. The watch now runs within a couple of seconds a day, which it had not done in years.

I came in without much idea of what service my watch needed. Aroon was patient with my questions and suggested starting with the assessment. That made sense — I got the condition note, understood what was happening with the movement, and decided to go ahead with the full service. Communication throughout was unhurried. The price was as stated from the start.

The restoration of my mother's watch took about seven weeks — within the range they gave at intake. I appreciated that they reached out halfway through to share a few photos of the movement work and check on one dial detail before they cleaned it. Small thing, but it showed care. The watch came back exactly as we had discussed. I would bring another piece here without hesitation.

Case Study 01
A 1968 Swiss Movement That Had Not Run in Eight Years
Challenge
The watch had been stored for nearly a decade after the crown stem broke. When it arrived, the movement was stiff and the mainspring had weakened significantly. The client was concerned about the dial — a faded silver with some original ageing marks — and did not want it cleaned or refinished.
Work Done
We replaced the crown stem and cleaned the movement through the full Restoration Programme. The mainspring was renewed. The dial was stabilised and left with its natural patina intact, as agreed at intake. The case was cleaned but not polished; a few small scratches were left at the client's request.
Result
The watch returned to running reliably at approximately +8 seconds per day in the dial-up position. The client collected it after seven weeks with the full work record. They later described it as looking and running exactly as they had hoped — unchanged in character, but running again.
"It is exactly what I wanted — my grandfather's watch, running again, but still itself."
— Chaiwat P., Bangkok
Case Study 02
Automatic Daily-Wearer Running Fifteen Minutes Slow
Challenge
A contemporary automatic that had been serviced elsewhere three years prior but was now losing approximately fifteen minutes per day. The owner had been told regulation alone would fix it, but the problem persisted.
Work Done
The assessment revealed the balance wheel had a hairspring that had been disturbed — likely during the previous service. We quoted the Movement Service and proceeded after confirmation. The movement was fully cleaned, the hairspring carefully reshaped, and timing regulated across positions. Duration was just under three weeks.
Result
The watch left running at around +4 seconds per day dial up, within acceptable tolerance for the calibre. The client noted the watch had not been this accurate since they bought it new.
"They found what two other workshops had missed. The watch has been running well for three months since collection."
— Nalinee S., Bangkok
